TECHNOLOGY PROJECTS: A sample of projects are listed below:

1) For a US based Client : This is an ongoing project where we are providing QA services for their products in Unix and Microsoft technologies. Our team in India is involved in product testing and enhancing the test suite as and when new features or functionality is introduced.

2)DevFlow: DevFlow is a collaborative workflow system for managing the software development and outsourcing process. DevFlow's main functions, available through customizable Web-based dashboards, include:

* process control ( Management and control of the software development process by utilizing standard workflows and processes such as SEI CMM processes, Six Sigma or any customer defined process, implementation of stages and control gates at every stage, dynamic engineering analytics for hindsight and foresight analysis and root cause analysis, base-line setting and management)

* project control (forward and reverse traceability, metrics management, service level management, defect tracking, alerts and alarm management)

* planning and strategy (work breakdown system, requirements editor and UML gateways, project management system, hindsight analysis and forward prediction, lessons learned analysis)

* infrastructure and productivity (issue management, task management, risk management, time sheet management, configuration management, asset management, contract management, document baselining, acceptance management, invoice and payment management, document and e-mail tracking), and

* human resources management (resource management, skills discovery, people-to-task traceability, capacity deployment and utilization, capacity planning, roles and responsibility management, escalation and authority management).

The technology used was BEA Weblogic, Oracle 8i and JMS

3) OutsourceMethods: A Web Based content managed  system to provide services to the outsourcing community (www.outsourcemethods.com ) The solution required us to build a Website where the content can be dynamically managed through an administrator's tool. The technology used was J2EE and mySQL

4) SAP Adapter: For our US client we built an adapter from their Java web frontend to pull out catalog information from their partner SAP ERP systems.

5) Automatic Test Bench: Our customer in the financial services market has a STP product. They wanted us to build an automated test bench to measure the performance of messages in their system. We built a comprehensive test suite to model real life situations and provided them with both a functional as well as a performance test suite

6) Project Costing Estimation : A tool developed in .NET to estimate the cost of a project performed at multiple locations with variable costs

7) RFP Management System: This .NET based tool allows a user to create a knowledge database for rapid access to corporate information and create a RFP response using archived data.
